Friendly tagalong trips
I am based at Ardrossan yorke peninsula.
I offer various tag along trips from a minimum 2 vehicles 1 day up to 7 vehicles 18 days.
My trips are tailored for site seeing, bush camping where possible and 4wding, to reveal our great outdoors and early history. I have 15 years experience doing trips in SA and parts of Victoria.
I invite people with swags, tents, camper trailors and off road caravans depending on which trip we do.
All trips incorperate some form of 4wding from easy to hard, depending on the trip.
I accept no responsibility what so ever for any injurys or damage caused by you or your vehicle. You come on trips completly at your own risk.
All vehicles must be reliable, fully self sufficient "e.g food, fuel, etc carry basic recovery gear and UHF radio.
I do 2 big trips a year april/june sept/oct up to 4000kms with 2 months notice on trip details to plan ahead. Smaller trips in between require less planning.
I charge no fees, however you must supply your own everything.
TRIP 1 - 1 Day -Yorke peninsula mid north bridal track - Experienced 4wding for bridal track.
- Wallaroo, tikkera, port broughton, port pirie, bridal track, telowie gorge, finish at kulpara.
-approx 500kms
TRIP 2 - 3 Day - Bordertrack - (easy to hard)
- Two wells, yamba, pinnaroo, finish at bordertown.
-approx 500kms
TRIP 3 - approx 5 Day Flinders Ranges. (moderate)
-Port wakefield, orraroo, wilmington, warran gorge, parchilna gorge, blinman, hawker, quarn, port augusta, finish at port wakefield. - open to variations.
-approx 1500kms
TRIP 4 - up to 14 Days Oondadatta Gawler Ranges. (easy to moderate)
- Ardrossan, Orraroo, Leigh Creek, Maree, Lake Eyre south, Oondadatta, Painted Desert, Breakaways, Cooper Pedy, Kingoonya, Gawler Ranges, Port Augusta, Finish at Port Wakefield. -open to variations.
